Rebecca Grewe will be attending a school related event for the Madison County Business League function tomorrow (Tuesday, 11/15).

We are selling “Game Day” t-shirts to wear on Thursday.  They are Gildan long sleeve white.  They may be picked up Thursday morning beginning at 7:30.  We have a limited number of shirts.

Students/Parents:  Please remember that all outerwear must be uniform approved. Sweatshirts/Jackets may be purchased from the Booster Club or Parker Uniforms.  Please do not wear pullovers and jackets that are not uniform approved.

The state championship game will be played Thursday at 2:30 at Jackson Academy.

School will dismiss at 11:00 on Thursday.  Daycare will be open.

Playoff game DVD’s are available through the Booster Club for $25 each.  Please contact Gina Bozeman at 601-214-9000 if you are interested in purchasing playoff game DVD’s.

The FCA is sponsoring a Food Drive for We Will Go Ministries in Jackson.  The following items are needed:
Dry rice
Dry beans
Dry Pasta
Pasta Sauce
Cereals
Ramen Noodles/Maruchan Instant Lunch Cups
Mac-N-Cheese
Peanut butter & Jelly
Meaty soups and pastas
Chili
Canned meat (Vienna sausage, tuna, chicken, spam, etc)
Canned fruit
Beans
Pork and Beans
**Pop-top cans are preferred if possible: they are easier for house-less folk to access

The class from each of the three areas (high school, elementary, and kindergarten) that collects the most food items will be awarded a prize after Thanksgiving break.  The food drive begins Monday, November 7 and will end on Thursday, November 17th.  There are collection boxes in each classroom.
